- Devise the sequence of various activities to be conducted on site in coordination with key stakeholders
- Responsible for accomplishing profitability of the project through budget adherence, checking of estimates, BOQs and BOMs and regular auditing of materials at sites
- Ensure timely planning of construction with respect to annual targets & its completion with desired quality within budgeted cost.
- Will coordinate with purchase team and facilitate vendor enrolment, managing cost, approval(s) via farvision &coordination between BO & HO.
- Responsible for safety, staffing, training & development of site staff and meeting all required legal statutory compliances

- Execution of multistorey group housing projects of at least 5-20 acres at a location including planning estimation, scheduling, team selection, quality & cost control etc. with on time delivery track record
- Analyse & approve estimates, labor rates, item rates etc & monitor construction costs.
- Follow up for drawings with Architectural, structure, Electrical, plumbing etc., from HO prior to the start of construction activities.
- Implement methods, construction checklists & conduct periodic audits at site to check adherenceto construction guidelines & standards, quality and safety measures for consistent operations across projects at the location.
- Shall be responsible for overall “wow” factor in the projects.
- Will be responsible to hire, coach & mentor a team of engineers.
- To maintain the PRW Strength above 80% in the project every month.
- Will coordinate with purchase team and facilitate vendor enrolment, managing cost, approval(s) & coordination between Branch & Head Office.
- Responsible for safety, staffing, training & development of site staff and adherence to all required legal / statutory compliances.
- Hands on knowledge of ERP software’s, AutoCAD and MS Projects & MS Excel.
- What are we looking for?
