The development work will start after the Resolution Plan is approved and approvals required to start construction are secured from GNIDA authority.

Only after the all approvals are secured and the development work is started, One Group shall raise any new demands for payments. 

A draw shall be held, in which all existing Allottees will be offered a unit in Tower 1, 2, 3 & 4 by draw of lots through a waterfall mechanism. 

256 Allottees have filled claims. There are 268 units under draw. You have a chance of 71% chance to retain the same unit. Even if you are left with a bigger unit, we assure you, One Group will assist you in changing your unit. Additionally, if you exchange your unit, no transfer fee will be charged by One Group.

Such draw and allotment shall be done with full transparency, by volunteers of the Allottees and administered by the court appointed Monitoring Committee.

This will make financing of units in the project quick and easy.

Protection from Delhi High Court can be granted in case of any harassment being faced by you from the Banks, NBFC’s to pay the Pre EMI and EMI that was to be paid by the Builder in Subvention Scheme, 80/20 Scheme, 70/30 Scheme, Profile funding schemes, Upfront Disbursal Schemes.

ONE GROUP is coming in to complete the construction of the project and give possession to the home buyers.
The same would not be possible if all the cash flows and all the investment in the project is redirected to give refunds to the home buyers.
Therefore, all refunds are proposed after the completion of the project.
Keeping this in mind in our resolution plan, we have proposed free transfer for a certain period of time. After the construction starts, you can resell your unit in the free market and One Group will not charge any transfer fees for the same. Additionally, One Group will assist you in selling your unit. 
Currently, because the construction has stopped in the project, it is not possible to sell the unit in the resale market. However, after One Group starts the construction, you will be able to get the fair market value of your unit.

The order settling dues of GNIDA has been already reserved by the court. It is expected to be pronounced in court soon.
